2. Service

FotoKlar creates digital photo files from a photo you upload: biometric photos in the size of the selected document (€7.99) and job application photos with a studio background (€7.99). You see a free watermarked preview before buying. FotoKlar is a private service, not an authority, and is not suitable for German ID cards, passports or electronic residence permits. Whether a photo is accepted is decided by the office you submit it to.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are final prices including VAT. Payment is processed by Dodo Payments as merchant of record.

4. Delivery

After payment the files are available for download for 24 hours and are sent by email.

5. Money-back guarantee

Biometric photo: If the office you submit the photo to (e.g. driving licence office, health insurer, consulate) rejects it because it does not meet the photo requirements, we refund 100% of the price. Email us within 30 days of purchase with your order number and proof of the rejection (e.g. letter, email or screenshot).

Job application photo: If you don’t like your job application photo, we refund 100% of the price. Email us within 14 days of purchase with your order number; no reason needed.

Refunds are made via Dodo Payments to the original payment method. Statutory rights remain unaffected.

6. Right of withdrawal

7. Rights of use and your photo

You may only upload photos of yourself or of people who have consented. You may use the files for any private purpose.

8. Applicable law

German law applies; mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
